They've started pulling down the eastern end of the Box Factory, but I checked the renders and that is intentional to allow space for the tower.

Indeed. A shame for such a internationally prominent project it is going to look absolutely awful.

These 'look' good.

Unfortunately reality has painted a different picture. These are nothing more than cheap clad yuppie apartments that are losing value fast. This new one if clad in the same as what the other two have ended up being in will loom over the Olympic Park as a dark example of developers putting up anything simply to make money from fools.

Because it is about the only historical building left in Stratford.
