Yea, NA cars are BORING, even in Bev Hills, you see maybe the occasional Aston and Ferrari, and LOADS of SL's.
Never been to Europe, but I imagine it to be better than NA. Hong Kong cars have NA beat in terms of nice-ness. NA cars are really bland in terms of styling, and monotonous.... not very nice at all.

What jealousy are you talking about? Nothing to be proud of in having the most numerous luxury cars on your city's streets, as they are not yours. Besides, for some people Hummers are great cars, but as for me I'm fed up with seeing these poluting things cropping up in the streets of my town. |

Dubai, UAE.
Everywhere I went, new-model cars everywhere. Lots of BMWs, Mercedes, and other rich cars there. Lots of nice cars here, but people are more modest when choosing cars, although the incomes are high. |

i wouldn't rank South Africa anywhere near the countries listed here like Germany, UK, USA, UAE etc, but BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Range Rover, Volkswagen etc have a large following while Porshe, Ferrarri, Lambo, Rolls-Royce, Hummer have developed a good niche market. The following pictures shows some of the cars on SA roads :-

I have been to many countries, but I am most impressed by the car models in UAE and Oman. They are very fancy and colourful, mixture between Eastern and Western-made cars.
But of course I hope UAE can launch its national car project very soon

Because they're owned by German companies does not mean they're not British (Rolls + Bentley). Likewise with the rest...

one can only imagine where the debate of "Rolls Royce is English but owned by Germans" will go. Personally i think it makes more sense to me to consider Rolls Royce an English car because that is where its origins lie just as BMW's origins lie in Germany (you never know who might buy them one day...and you will understand why BMW must be considered German irrespective of who buys them in future). The character of this car and its history is unmistakably british and even their new owners understand that they must preserve this legacy.

It's hard to talk about countries, talking about cities would be much better...
And I think almost every car fanatic agrees that the capital of exotics in the world is definitely Monaco. No other city could currently beat Monaco. |
