There are no exact plans today because this is only concept of the project.

No offense to the Russians, but that stadium looks like a toilet seat. Is this place going to be ready by 2014? And is it going to be a safe place for people to travel to with its proximity to Georgia?

So when does construction start on this stadium then? I see some of the other venues are underway now...Any updates on this one?
