this is fast line (essay) they have to be 3 people in the car or more to use it ,but with huge trafic increasing every year i doubt that this plan will work (mostly algiers and around ) lot off car
since introduce credit (bank) every body want to buy a car now rush hour headache if an accident hapen it s worst .........
