any body know about Nam Saigon residential project that is going to build eight 40-45str blocks. i've just known that Woojin Ibo (construction co.) is recruiting a large number of employee.

Jaro and others, there are many highrises u/c and proposed between Le Dai Hanh and 3 Thang 2 st, so please take a visit and take pictures and pictures

Hi am new here, I'm very interested in Vietnam becoming a economy power house in southeast Asia, cause am Vietnamese myself and would like to do some investment in Vietnam real estates sometime in the near future. Am wondering are all these projects been appoved? And are those projects that has already been competed doing well as far as selling it?

I have been back to Vietnam last June and I didn't see much projecta competed from a few years ago, and some of the projects has been abandoned, but on these fourms it look like Vietnam is doing alot better then I thought....

Tran Hung Dao statue => it must be Me Linh Square. Windhorst Tower, Saigon Plaza, Vietcombank Tower, and now this one?
This tower is OK, but I prefer Vietcombank Tower.

titanic you found so many cool pictures

yeah the new bonday is better looking.
the old one looks like the diamond-cut, but they use clear glass you could see through the interior with different floors. (i bet ya at night you could see people walking and working on each floor.
That design will be a success if they use reflective colour glass like blue or yellow, white mirror glass or multi colour glasses....that'll be cool.

i don't understand the kimdo hotel. it seems pretty big, but they also plan a 40storeys bank building there.....i don't think that site is enough for 2, 40storeys buildings. Tax plaza already occupies haft that block.

I guessed Botanic located at large and winding road but actually It's located at small path ---> la rua nhi
I've gone along Tran Quang Khai Str and searched for Horizon Tower projects but haven't found it yet, the same to VCB Tower go by THD statue but couldn't see it ---> bac nao cho em dia chi cu the cua 2 du an kia di de em con di tim thank kiu veri mot

UBND TP HCM vừa đồng ý cho Công ty Cổ phần Bách hóa miền Nam chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất tại số 510 đường Kinh Dương Vương, thị trấn An Lạc, quận Bình Tân để đầu tư xây dựng Trung tâm thương mại và chung cư cao cấp. Theo đó, tiền chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất được xác định theo giá thị trường.

UBND thành phố cũng chấp thuận cho Công ty Savico đầu tư tòa nhà thương mại - văn phòng - căn hộ tại khu đất giới hạn bởi đường Huỳnh Thúc Kháng - Tôn Thất Đạm - Hồ Tùng Mậu và nhà số 115 - 117 Hồ Tùng Mậu, phường Bến Nghé, quận 1.

Đối với các hộ dân trong khu đất, Công ty Savico có trách nhiệm phối hợp với UBND quận 1 khảo sát, lập phương án bồi thường, tái định cư, hỗ trợ cho mua hoặc cho thuê mặt bằng để các hộ kinh doanh sau khi chủ đầu tư thực hiện xong dự án.
