Martinique/Martinica

Ciudad: Le Lamentin 00:00 to 03:50

Fort-de-France 03:50 to 10 35
Primera foto : 4:43
Segunda : 07:00
Clinico: 9:18
Le Rond-Point Hyper U (mall) : 10:17

Schoelcher 10:35 to end
La Batelière (mall) : 11:04

No, we have Dutch street signs. But Aruba is an autonomous country within the Dutch Kingdom, while Martinique falls directly under Paris and is directly part of the EU.

----------------------------------------------------------

Are you sure that it's 8,000, rather than 80,000 daily vehicles what the freeway is able to handle? I say so ebcause in Puerto Rico, our freeways with 2 lanes per direction handle more than 8,000 daily vehicles, although not as much as 80,000.

Recently completed second phase of Highway 66. Like all highways in Puerto Rico, it was built to U.S. Interstate standards. The beauty is in the details.

Thanks for the info...much appreciated. We are building a 4-6 lane highway here in Jamaica known as highway 2000...about 30km was completed in 2006, an additional 10km leg was completed in August of this year. A 68km leg will start this October and it should be completed in mid 2015. I'm really hoping that we'll have an islandwide highway network similar to that of Puerto Rico by the end of this decade.
