3 and below due to personal experiences.

example:

Hotel maid stole $150 from my wallet: Hotel response "Are you sure?"
$150 was needed to pay for gas for our 2,500 mile trip.

Not much going on, thank God for the Key and Terminal Towers. 6//10 Without them, 4/10.

My impressions of the Cleveland skyline are very positive. The new Key Tower is extremely impressive and I've always liked the Terminal Tower.
It's just a cool skyline.

The art deco scrapers and buildings look good , as a whole the skyline needs some more density. key tower is holdin it down for now

8.5/10

I love Cleveland. It is a great city with so much going for it. It was one of the cities i visted in the US, and one of my favorites. Its home to major corporations making it a very diversified economy compared to cities close by like Detroit who is stuck on the auto industry. Cleveland has an amazing skyline, and when i was there many new developments were going on around the city. I really would like to see more taller towers go in, but it has an amazing lakefront, and awesome towers now. Cleveland really is a city that rocks!!
