This is because the Ceuta hospitals are fantastic or at least there are hospitals, so moroccans close to the city prefer use the fantastic spanish sanitary system and lot's of babys born there, of course they're sure no baby will die because of anything

No: the rogue Guardia civil will not let them enter. The reason is probably that Sebta has as an important population of immigrants with higher fecondity rate.

Also true, but every day thousand of moroccans enter to Spain, just to work, buy things they can't find in their country or sell fruits or things like that

I never go to Sebta! Always la costa del sol, I love Malaga, Torrémolinos and Benalmadena! Sebta is boring!

Moroccans buy in Sebta because its Duty free (cheapier goods than in morocco).

What kind of goods can i buy in Sebta that I don't find in Morocco???

Every year i go to burgos, madrid, malaga (i like el corte ingles), benalmadena and gibraltar (it's not far away from malaga and it's duty free) and after i go to Morocco
