High Altitude Cities and the Coldest Places
Other than Baguio or Benguet Province, what are some of the coldest places in The Philippines? Also, which place recorded the lowest temp?

in mindanao:1. malaybalay city (bukidnon) 2. baguio calinan, davao city 3. buda, davao city grabe ang fog in those areas especially at night time, super taas na kasi ang mga lugar na yan eh, basically, if it is closer to the clouds, it must be cold.

eden is about 3,600 ft above sea level, but buda is almost 7,000 ft. high di ba way? hindi uso ang driving with aircon sa lugar na yon. siguro pag talagang mainit ang sikat ng araw lang, pero kahit mainit ang araw malamig pa rin ang hangin eh.

I once drove along the Davao-Bukidnon Boundary stretch at night time and I could hardly see the road. It was vitually zero visibilty at some point due to thick fogs that rolled in. Yes, car airconditioning was useless there.

a particlar place inClaveria, Misamis Oriental where the 5J 387 crashed.. That's in Mt. Sumagaya i think.. It has been turned into a park with landscapes. Havent been there but a friend said, it's colder than benguet.. You would hardly see the surroundings because of fogs even at noon time..

I have been to Matti which is on the foothills of Mt. Sumagaya. Our tour guides intimated to us that the cadavers from the fallen aircraft were hauled down to this community were a road link easily connects to the national hi-way. Matti was a bit nippy in the afternoon.

I'd say anywhere in the provinces of Mt. Province, Abra, Kalinga, Apayao, and Ifugao.... when we were in Banaue and Sagada.. there were places where the clouds engulfs the whole place.. them being on top of the Cordillera Mountains...
