On top of the country's second highest peak
Mt. Pulag, Benguet, Cordilleras

To get there from Baguio, one must take the Halsema Highway in nearby La Trinidad, Benguet and follow all the way to Abatan-Buguis-Kabayan Road. There's another route from Nueva Vizcaya and Banaue that you just have to google yourself.

speaking of snow.. how tall is Mt. Apo again? Sabi ni mang ilham , ang bundok jaya ay 5000 m (15000 feet). Meron ding snow sa Hawaii sa pinamakataas na bundok doon.

As the mountain is closer to poles (north or south), the height required to have snow cap lowers.

Last measurement of Mt. Apo is above 10,000 ft but officially its 9,691 ft .

it's true the highest mountain in Hawaii is around 13,000 feet above sea level which is an ideal height for a snow cap ( the name eludes me , but the total height @ 35,000 ft . kung isali yung under water base , i dunno if it is safe to say it is higher than Mt. Everest )

I believe the mountain in Hawaii is called Mt. Nakakalemotani. hahaha... Only in Hawaii where you can surf and snowboard in the same hour. I wish that was the same in the Philippines.
