What I mean is.. it is impossible to do the same thing in the Philippines because we don't have snow in here.

I don't think there's any place in the RP that gets seriously "cold". Unless, we're talking about mountain tops, and even these places don't get snow. As far as I'm aware, Mt Apo, our highest mountain, is totally snow-free.

yup , that's why turkey, pakistan, iran and india are frequently having earthquake bec tectonic plate are pushing the himalayas northward.

I've read somewhere that there is a cold place like Bagiuo in Iloilo it's called 'Leon'. not so sure of this tho need our Ilonggo forumers to confirm this.
