yeah, ive always liked how midtowns been set up, the ESB being the tallest, then it dips down, and then bam, a sea of 700-800 footers allllllllll the way down. I think its time now for other supertalls to pop up around midtown, we need some ****** peaks.

The visuals are old. The westside is ripe.

WHERE THE HELL DO PEOPLE LIVE, IN CAVES! (NO DISRESPECT TO EUROPE)

Midtown is about explode with silly amounts of SUPERTALLS that in itself will make all other cities look like villages.

WTC complex tower 1,2 and 3 hight 1,776, 1,339 & 1,255 ft.+ RUMORS OF JP MOGAN at tower 5

Madison Square Garden 2 towers 7.5 million sq. ft.- of floor space- To give you an estimate of the scale of these towers, the Freedom Tower only has 2.5 million sq. ft. NYC is looking at something like fosters towers proposed for the NWTC.

Hudson Yards 3 towers akin to WFC in Lower Manhattan- these towers will respect the massive MSG Towers such as the WFC is to the WTC.
image hosted on flickr

Hotel Pennsylvaina 1 tower 2.5 million sq. ft.- This Tower will match the ESB and compliment the MSG site! This tower will fall in the range of 350 meters to 420 meters in height. (Freedom Tower/IFC height)

Two Penn Plaza- Unkown at current time.

Bank of America Tower 1,200 ft.-

New York Times Tower, 1,047 ft.-

+100's of Midrise scrapers U/C

wow if there are only 2 towers at the MSG site. each tower would have 3.5 to 4.0 million sq ft. the only tower that could be taller is the 2 penn plaza which has unlimited far and hight. more supertalls will come soon. just wait for trump to come and he will build a big one.
