I'm confused; are we still just in site prep? Because that kinda looks like drilling for caissons?

I've spoken with "several" sources, and I believe that it now safe to say that:

THE CHICAGO SPIRE IS OFFICIALLY UNDER-CONSTRUCTION

It will not need to be switched back. I've checked and re-checked. I was told that this will be a test-hole, and it's for the tower. It is a caisson hole for the tower.

Other news to report, is that the sales center "should" be opening around the 3rd week in September, and it will be a worldwide launch.

There have been many inquiries.

I can't believe that in a matter of 3 years or so, I will be able to look down on the Sears Tower.......2000ft above Chicago!

I know dude I feel the same way. I Just put a deposit down on the penthouse. I will be charging $15.95 for 20 minutes staring time. hurry up and build !!!!! its going to be so fun watching this go up.

dude the way prep went for this site....FT wont be able to claim tallest in US...itll stay with Chicago....its going to be a nice race either way.
