I still don't like the JHC...

But, anyway... Maybe it's just me...

I received an e-mail with some pricing information:

One bedrooms from $1.35M
Two bedrooms from $1.65M
Three bedrooms from $4.3M
Four bedrooms from $5.8M

There are also sample floorplans on the website, in an area accessible to those who have registered interest. I'm not sure how appealing these are--some are shaped like narrow pie slices, with relatively little window area. Obviously, that's dictated by the shape of the building. (I'd post an image, but I don't have attachment-posting rights.)

i'm ot afraid of heights, but i have to admit it: i don't know if i could feel comfortable going to sleep or even trying tounwind if i lived 2000 feet above street level.

anyone else have similiar discomforts...and do you think there will be some very w ealthy people who might not awant any part of this project due to that discomfort?

Do you know which floor in particular the given prices are for?

I would love to live on the top floor of the Spire......

I mean really, how much different is it living on the 100th floor of the Sears? \

There are plenty of people like me who would be thrilled to have such a view......Just with a lot more cash

It says "from", so I assume those are the prices for the lower floors.
