Is there any other Supertall with such such a slender form - that is a ratio of height to base greater than about 10:1?

Anyone know what that long thin vertical tower is doing at the far south of the site (in the middle)? it's been moved around for some time by that yellow/blue mobile crane.

Normally I don't post in this thread but I wanted to ask if somebody has read anything about the foundation regarding buoyancy. They will dig out 5 basement stories just between the river. The foundation/ piles have to be way complicated... on one hand you have a 600 m high building with it's weight and on the other hand you have incredible buoyancy and tensioned piles! That's a dream for every engineer...

And many thanks to HarryC, almost every day a update with this weather...
