Too much speculation about sales. I may have heard some misinfo (on this site of course) but isn't there enough money behind this so that selling the balance of units won't be an issue...it can be done after the tower is done. I lose a lot more sleep over Signature in nashville.

I just have to say, that this thread has been the most consistantly interesting of all the threads so for on this site, even including the Burj. The complex foundation work and the regularity and detail of the updates make excelent and informative reading. Well done to all the postees and many thanks.

And just think. This is only the core. Wait until it actually starts rising.

I believe that BVic's photos show the rings done, the dirt moving stuff is being pulled out and the drilling equipment lowered.

I know this has probably been answered a ton of times, but how deep is the core supposed to go?

I could be wrong...but I thought I saw in an earlier post where it was supposed to be 86' deep.

If I'm wrong...I'll let you kick me down the core "300" style!

It's about 75' deep. Roughly.

They will dig the rest out, but it's a top down excavation. They will pour the plaza (top level) and begin to excavate down, pour another floor, excavate down, etc...
