I agree Lights. Are there any estimates of when this will break ground level? Once the foundation and stuff are done, this should start moving.

Yeah, Chicago spire looks like a giant with a ~200 meters height difference with Princess Tower.

Shouldn't Pentominium be there also??? It's only 94 meters shorter!!

It will be extremely interesting to observe this 'top-down' construction method.

The diagram is for NEXT worlds tallest residential. Do you really think pentominium will topout before Chicago Spire? ill add it if this will be case.

ill add pentominium asap. I think it may have a chance to top out before the massive Spire does.
Ill add Spires below ground status also. anyone know how deep it is atm?
