Harry, thanks for posting the OMPW pics for comparison. What strikes me is the difference in the reinforcing steel: OMPW has hooks on the tops of the dowels, and a lot of larger, longitudinal bars; Spire has no hooks, and just a couple of small longitudinal bars that haven't been put into the forms yet. Also, the relative thickness of OMPW's wall is notable, as is the far more advanced stage of the work at the site.
I'm no expert, but I don't think this cap wall at Spire is a permanent part of the structure. Just my opinion.

Those seem to be generic construction bags, if somebody with good glass could get out there I bet the labels could be read.

If you mean the excavations for the super caissons, then yeah. They pounded in the steel perimeter retention wall some time ago and we've been waiting for them to start digging them out so they can build them up to ground level.

Super Caisson Time

Soil retention - fence moving. One of the workers told me the protective fence was to be moved out to this new wall. This is NOT a capwall as used at OMPW. The same worker said that the guys working on the caissons were from a different company ( Budron ).

Midwest Fence removing some additional fencing near the river.

These rectangle things, there are meant to be 7 of them, and how many are done?

Why are they digging and exposing these rectangles again?
