As far as The Spire becoming the tallest building in the world, i doubt it, just looking at it, but it would not be impossible. The important thing is that it looks good in the city, Id like to see the extended designs...

I would be cool if they can make some sort of a glass ceiling for the part of the highway that’s going to be in front of the CS. Otherwise it's going to look ugly. Shinny new tower and 15m from it a busy, noisy, dusty, grim highway.

There better be some plan for that stretch of road.

That's Trump, and it's almost topped out. It will be 96 stories. Tall..but well short of the Spire.
