The look is mesmerizing like an inverted corkscrew roller coaster.

Are they starting to take off those orange nets around the top perimeter of the core or just partially taken off to make way for the crane's arm?

actually, there is. they're proceeding with foundation work and the superstructure is going to follow shortly. the pieces are being fabricated as we speak. it's all going to be assembled at grade and lifted into position. all this from a buddy of mine at the zoning department.

i admit i was wrong. i'm not sure where the buyers are going to come from, but it's getting built and according to a person i know who works at shelbourne, they're all still getting paychecks. this kelleher guy has some enormous cahonas.

Nah...it's only the 80th floor. Needs to be over a hundred. Sounds much cooler when you invite your friends: "Come see my new condo. Take the elevator to the hundred and twenty-seventh floor, then turn right..."

Almost sure it's just for the crane. As long as a worker can (potentially) fall into the hole, those orange nets will remain.

Imagine an evacuation system on the outer 'corners' where you could slide down in a harness attached to a channel on the skin.

only $35,034 a month! it also says there are no pet restrictions. I thought there would be for a building so large. interesting.

If I ever had the means, I would go right to the sales office and say, show me what you have at 101 or higher please.

I wish I was done with University so I could seriously consider buying up a 2 bedroom unit. It'd be heaven for a skyscraper lover.
