Here is the link to The Chicago Spire.

Be sure to click the Construction link to see the slideshow of the progress.

The site looks pretty dusty. Has it been dry in Chicago of late?

Rained a few hours later.

CASE has gone to great pains to minimize the dirt and mud tracked into the neighborhood, the water trucks have only stopped washing down the streets this month, and I think one of the sweepers is still running.

The site is covered in lightly crushed brick wall and debris, I think the dust is preferable (for the neighbors ) to the mud that would otherwise ensue.
January - before the brick

April -

The platforms being cleaned off here were the washing station for the trucks I believe.

Chicago should start proposing projects to exactly match that skyline by 2035...even if that means tearing down Trump...j/k.

The Chicago Spire is already a good start to reach that target but Chicago needs lots of more supertalls for that

Nope, someone built a time machine, went to the year 2035 and took that photograph.

Can someone post the citypic in the 5th Element as the 'shuttle' to Fhlosten Paradise takes off?

Back to topic: When the excavation takes place for the parking garage levels, will we see much activity above ground?
