maybe it has already been asked, so forgive me if it's so. but, can anybody give me a link of a video or slideshow showing how the Spire will grow up? i'm not keen in architecture, but I've never seen a skyscrapers being built from such a strange circular hole!

There still are enough apartments too sell, if they go too fast they end up with a halve empty building when it's finished.

OK, slight exaggeration, but there's not really a need to build it very fast. It would make it only much more expensive to build and that would mean less profits.

It also doesn't help that all the work outside the hole that has been done is covered up again.

I think we're having a communication issue, but the spire is on schedule. It's not being built slower than necessary.

Does anyone know how they are going to remove the old underground tunnels? I mean are they actually going to dig them up or just fill them with grout and stabilize them or something?
