Oh, are you working for the contractor that will build it? Have you seen the project schedule? You seem to know an awful lot about this project. When is the next phase of the work going to begin?

Sorry if it has been asked before, but have they found a main contractor yet? Maybe that's why we don't see progress... I'm just guessing, what the reason could be.

I see they've finished ...done a good job tidying up!

I wonder what the new site owners will do. Perhaps a nice green park with a (very deep!) pond in the middle...

nooooo I think the foundation is finished, 7th concrete ring is already there and buried and therefore now something else is about to happen. foundation=finished.

You can hope as much as you like, but since no contractor is chosen yet (people don't ask this again about this, when a contractor is chosen it will be all over the news) there won't be any major activities next week. Since it does take a bit of logistical planning to get such a construction of the ground it might even take a few weeks after the constructor is chosen before they actually start.

Right now Shelbourne is probably still negotiating with different constructors to keep the costs as low as possible. Especially since Garrett Kelleher isn't really in the financial position to throw out the money.
