Here's a diagram that can maybe clear up some of the measurements. The shape is complex so it's not easy to come up with one number. I accept BVictors 219-10'' as being accurate.

The lobby at ground level is only 135 ft. in diameter and has 14,300 sq. ft.
inside of it. The lobby's glass attrium cone gets larger as it rises.

At about 50 ft, above the lobby where the first "actual" floor is, it has ~28,400 sq, ft. inside it. Because of the scallops, it's hard to get an accurate measure so it is approximate.

The 37,600 figure you can ignore. It is based on the 219 ft diameter of the white circle. The building never fills the whole circle.
