And exactly how many GC's are falling over each other to bid on this albatross? Watch the $$est. to double once the $$ crunchers get their hands on it. Above 50 floors, the $$ goes up exponentionally, not in a smooth curve.

Feworkr, do you know why that is? I realize that there are obvious associated costs with building tall, but is there anything specific that drives up the cost? I am very interested to know this. Thanks.

What is the building across the slip pictured here? (left)



Looks like the perfect place for a constuction webcam like the one in New York for the WTC.

the plot

i think the wol plot is way to small were ar al the cars be parkt end how is the transportations take place ! if you take a look at this image you se thos cars parkt on the pic end you get a feling thats it is rely rely small plot !

The lot is small because Chicago is a real city where the big buildings can't have 25 acre wasted plots like seen in other tall building projects in other cities....
