Geo Political Impact on the real estate industry

Is there any study that any one has come across whidh details the Geo Political impact in the Gulf Real Estate industrr. There are some wars going on and foreseen as well I am wondering the impact of this in the industry.

I'll save you the trouble of looking, the war (Iraqi or foreseen ones "although I'm not sure what you mean by that") makes no direct impact at all to the real estate industry in the Gulf. The only place I imagine in the gulf where there was a slight impact is in Dubai and thats only because many iraqis moved there, so that might have caused property prices to hike up further..

Thanks Gulf Express for that resounding confident message. The foreseen threat is the media projections about the sancations imposed on Iran and possible attack threat. Should such a thing happen some analysts believe that this might have impact in the regions businesses including real estate (real estate is currently the biggest sector after oil in the region)
I wanted to know if experts here had an opportunity to study the impact more strategically and have comments / references if any.
