Not in person, the last 2 shots of mine are into the sun, with a grey building being reflected, in person it looks really blue.

That's true, although I would imagine it would take some getting used to seeing as how they're right next to the el tracks

Not only do you get accustomed to the noise - and it never was bad above the 5th floor - now we have quieter tracks.

Rubber bushings to mount the rails, and new ties made out of recycled plastic.

I would never live next to a highway (had the opportunity), I have spent many years next to the El. It may be noisy, but it is clean, no exhaust.

Well, it is perfectly possible to get some good isolation in the building against the noise from outside.

I know you posted this clip some weeks ago, but I just saw it. I loved the pictures and the music you used was super trancy and energetic. It is simply amazing.

Fab trance music indeed!
I'm surprised this building hasn't received greater attention. It's going to be sleek, glossy, tall, and when viewed from the right angle, thin. It has nothing to match its height in the immediate area and will look quite sharp seen from the lake side. It's very much the "quiet achiever".

The glass cladding is reminiscent to Trump Tower...
