Was driving around when I noticed this construction going on, looks pretty big but it has no signs on it or anything. Anyone have a clue what it could be? (location on map below the pic)

yes, we discussed this building few time but I don't know which thread was it. Its either the community collage or supreme education council HQ, the collage being the most likely, at least I think so.

I know I seem to ask this a lot on this forum but I just suck at figuring out how to search threads on SSC :s

So I've been told that there are plans to open up a Shangri La hotel in Doha (2013) owned by a sheikh while giving me a tour of his own "massive" museum oddly enough :s but I can't find any threads about it.

It's apparently a very big construction project, but no idea where it'll be located.
