Stephan this a Hotel Apartment tower. It will house a Crowne Plazza Hotel and several floors of Hotel Apartments, serviced by the Hotel.

Looks amazing in the scale model, sometimes with so many supertalls built in dubai, its easy to overlook classy designs like this.

I don't know why, but i'm not sure about green glasses, but the design in amazing!! Specially the top. This city is getting so high stupidly fast. I love it!

^residential towers have to be thin. they are not office towers which dont require light to get into the centre of the floor plate.
Its approx 50m wide. great updates |

The building is thinner, but the basement might be around 50 meters. Remember that basements of the towers in upper Marina are attached to one another.
