It's not topping out ! There is two more setback on the crown before the top out.
Look, there is 3 level of glass on the crown. Now they just reached the first level. So in the end it will look much higher.

Am I the only one who thinks, that the crown looks way thinner in realtiy in comparison to the renders? In the renders, the edges of the crown reach the edges of the rest of the tower, but in reality it looks like it's smaller.

It seems so. But when they put the glass on it mayby this could change a little.

The crown looks classy in the renders.
I think it might make the whole cluster more stylish. It's not kitsch... Let's hope for the best outcome.

Has it surpassed the Princess Tower yet ?

Oh yeah I forgot... The diagram of this tower at SSP is all screwed up. (20 meters too short)

The only think, that's annoying me at SSP is, that the Dubai towers look very ugly and proportional wrong! It is a great website, but I wish they could fix it one day...

To see Cayan tower every day from my balcony i can attest : last time it was permanently lit up was ages ago...somewhere in 2014

last time i saw the special lightning for cayan was for National day last december

regarding Ocean heights...i just looked at my window : you are right, the nice led effect along the tower is not there ! and it's 8 pm...it's dark. no effect on the tower
