If the total height is 412m and tall crown yet to come, Marina 101 should still be a bit below 390m, IMO. Of course it must be at least 10m taller than Princess Tower...

...proved once again by these fine pix, recently posted on skyscraperlist.com.

The high tall block looks like something out of a science fiction movie. It almost looks a bit too crowded.

Thanks for the photo from South East, SkyscraperCity.
Now the dark monolith is beginning to metamorphose into another mostly white object (as long as the protection foil is on the cladding pieces).

As for the glass, I don't see a touch of green like in the rendering... it looks more dark blueish. If there's going to be light brown stone cladding, the Marina 101 facade might appear alike Sulafa Tower's in the end.

Depending on the light conditions, that glass colour (commonly used in the Marina area and elsewhere in town) can appear from green, to blue, to dark blue.

From some angles, this area reminds me of Manhattan Island,
especially the last picture of post #843.
Incredible density!

After the superfast upwards sprint, the "Usain Bolt of skyscrapers" needs a little rest, in any case at the top:
no sign of the crown, and we'll have to wait a while to see the upper facade clad.

I just noticed they are building (and finishing) a second Grosvenor House tower, it's strange for me to see that so many years after the original tower was completed, I didn't know the plans were to build two towers.

That skyline is sick! It really is the tallest block, he he. I don't really like the typical design on the buildings, all of you can agree with me on that right?

That skyline is absolutely gorgeous. My only concern is that for all the Neon and Bright Lights of these towers, that there won't be much going on at Ground Level. I have a real fear that Dubai will be more of a Ghost town Skyscrapercity with these buildings serving as monuments of wealth rather than as a thriving city with people everywhere.
