Euromed center- Marseille (designed by M. Fuksas)

HI, here is "Euromed Center" by Massimiliano Fuksas.

Project has been approved, construction should start soon.

70 000m2:

_ 45 000m2 offices (three low rises)
_ A Marriott Hotel **** (mid rise)
_ A convention center
_ And a unique movie theater complex which will be owned by French Producer Luc Besson (the dolphins building)

Quelques changements.... Le dessin du projet se précise, les façades entrent dans le détail. Seuls les dauphins n'ont pas bougé (et heureusement !!) et il parait d'ailleurs que Fuksas a du se démener pour qu'ils restent comme à l'origine !! merci a lui. Rappel: ils feront 30 m de haut quand même et les bâtiments les plus hauts 60 m. (le Silo = 50 m)

I really like this building. It looks like something that Calatrava would come up with, only less symmetrical.
