Yeah, by a payout means higher premiums in the future for other projects, especially if the culprit is involved there as well.

No News from Cayan. Looks like only one source of water now which seams to be where there is no marina wall.

Most of the plot apart from where water is seams to have been leveled out for main contractor i think or hope.

yes, I think they reached almost the same level , just see the pics last Jan, before the accident:

I didn't realize they were fighting the water even before the wall collapsed.

True Blue..... why is there still water coming into the plot. And what do you think the time scale for them to get back to where they were last Feb will be. Any thoughts

Basic hydraulics. There is a pressure head of water and a hole for it to pass through.

I have no idea when things will be restarted, my original guess was about 6 months so I'm a mile out already. Seriously, it should not be long now as the inflow is now contained in 1 area of the basement and if they know what their next move is going to be, they can get on with it.

Dubai will be the pros at this pumping water thing. After this Culture Village and all the rain pumping that has been going on.
