7.5/10 - The tower's slim enough to have good height, at least from some angles, and the curves are graceful. The apartments also seem like they're well planned.

But there's something about it - I'm not quite sure what - the facade just doesn't flow together somehow...even though there's nice contrast between the sections with windows and the sections of sheer wall, it needs something to organiza it...

complements highcliff very well, but it's too freakishly narrow. looks like the two can snap apart in a powerful earthquake.
