Guys (esp. Dr Mesofius and El Vampiro), not that I'm complaining but it's pretty quiet and if I'm not mistaking this one should vahe been ready by now.

There was a slight delay with construction of a car park, but it's settled now, official opening is planned for march

I Dont like that giant I dont what should I call it (VIP?) taking away so many seats.

It's like a 3 sided stadium.

It's a VIP oriented arena, that's one of its main features, 1000 VIP seats. You can have a lots of Presidents and Prime Ministers watching the game together. Otherwise it would have been a 45,000 stadium, but that's not needed in Dnipro as of yet.

Those VIP sections keep the tickets for the other seats affordable for normal people. They might not be pretty but they are a necessary evil.

I agree but you rarely see one that so dominates the design of a stadium. That really is bizarre.
