It's 99.2% completed. Nice stadium. It indeed deserves to be one of Euro host venues!

Btw when did the construction start? Considering that choice for Euro 2012 hosting was made less than a year ago, was the stadium going to be built by the club's own needs regardless of hosting the tournament?

Ye, Dnipro's old stadium sucked, so i guess they would build it even if they didn't get Euro.

Anyway this is one brilliant stadium. My dream stadium actually. No tiers. No atletic pitch. No unnecessary crap. Just pure football. It reminds me on Olympiacos FC stadium.

You are absolutely right. Just a single tier for 31,000. The atmosphere would be fantastic indeed there!

Great stadium, congrats
Was it financed by the club or state?

Sorry. I don't know myself It looks like recently that I don't fully know myself As Socrates said, to know oneself is absolutely true!

Why don't they wrote also "Dnipropetrovsk" into the seats?

Well it does have a f**king big VIP box area which is unnecessary crap and interrupts the flow of the stands, but there you go.

It's still a lovely ground.

Nobody says Dnipropetrovsk, it's a long and artificial name of the city. It has alternative historical names: Yekaterynoslav, Sicheslav, Kodak. But they're all controversial and disputable, so everyone in Ukraine calls this city simply Dnipro or Dnepr.

By the way, this is a large and very unknown city in Europe, so for those of you curious as to how it looks, here's a skyline shot:
