Thanks...thats taken from the Chinese restaurant on the 60th floor. Theres also a small bar within the restaurant.

I wonder why is such a tall building allowed to be built in such a lowrise area back then.

@hya, maybe, if so, it would be like how the Eng Cheong Towers was demolished and became Southbank.

@redstone, I dont think urban design guidelines were as detailed as they are now. Back then, I seem to get the impression that the emphasis was on intensive modernisation. I think times have changed.

yup last 2 were from there (Chatterbox has now replaced the previous restaurant, but the bar on the lower part of the restaurant is still there)
