Pansin ko lang bkit gigil na gigil ka sa mga nakatira dyan ? for the nth time ,di mga squatter yung nakatira dyan. I'm sure mas mayaman pa sila kaysa sa iyo !

im willing to wait and see what north boni will come out. it sounds exciting, at least may mga future projects at ang bilis mapuno. sa bgc ang dami pang lot na available o puro taken na lahat yun? di lang naguumpisa ung iba ganun ba yun?

May owners na yung lots na wala pang under construction. They're just waiting to construct at the right time I suppose.

Sorry for being out of topic pero OO nga I don't understand why mainit dugo niya diyan sa neighborhood na yan. Ilang beses na sinabi sa kanya di squatter yan neighborhood (titulado ang mga yan) pero squatter pa rin niya kung tukuyin ito. Ang di ko lang maintindihan panget na panget siya dito para tawagin niyang squatter pero sa Acqua thread nagagandahan naman siya sa paligid na neighborhood ng Acqua eh halos pareho lang naman itsura ng neighborhood dito at duon. Similar type of neighborhood vibe...but doesn't consider those squatter there. May pagka bias, and I wonder why...

Miss P. ano ba ang pinagkaiba ng neighborhood dito sa North Boni at duon sa Acqua? Curious lang bakit iba tingin mo sa dalawa? Pwede paki explain?

Ah OK. Agree nakakainis nga naman kung putol nga yang 7th Ave dahil diyan sa neighborhood. Sana nga yang 7th Ave eh magtuloy-tuloy hanggang 34th St. man lang. Baka naman may pag-asa pa looking at the pic below.

I tell you... maraming middle-income earners dyan ang ilang well-to-do families dyan... di purket mukhang slum ang area from afar eh slums na talaga pag naexperience mo yung street area nila pagnalakad lakad ka dun..
