Eskisehir (Central Turkey)
Eskisehir (eng: Old City) with its 500.000 inhabitants is located in central Turkey. I guess many of you didn't hear anything about this city and since it is such an underrated city (even in Turkey) I decided to open a topic about this lovely place. Enjoy the pics!

The City is stunning. Looks beautiful. The river and it's banks. I relly love the sea of red roofs. The snowy path between the trees is gorgeus too. Thanks alot for the pics, they're great.

I don't understand the reasons of all this clamor or supposed scandal
this town is located in anatolia, that's notoriously part of asia and there's obviously nothing offensive in it |

according to your logic only teams based in the geographically European part of Turkey should be playing in UEFA, ULEB, etc. Only singers or groups based in the geographically European part of Turkey should be taking part in the Eurovision. Only the geographical part of Turkey should be an EU candidate country and there should be customs taxes on goods moving between the geographically European and Asian parts of Turkey despite Turkey as a whole being a member of the European Customs Union, and that only representatives from the geographically European part of Turkey should be members of the Council of Europe. Now how old is SSC, 8 years old or something? within that time-frame a consensus has been reached; SSC Turkey is a sub-forum of the Euroscrapers sub-forum, not just the geographically European part of Turkey, but the whole country. And what is the main section this thread is located in? yes that's right! European Forums>Euroscrapers, and where is the Turkish sub-forum located? yes that's right! European Forums>Euroscrapers do I have to continue? so please, if it is not too much trouble for you; don't make such a big issue about a photo thread that according to SSC rules is posted under the designated section. Thank you. |

I understand your point of view
like other countries (cyprus, israel, caucasus ...) this turkey must have its body in asia and its heart and mind in europe !
