Great pics! The facade shouldn't be bad if it actually turns out to look like the render.

It's never late to re-design the facade.

Anyway, why always Albanian construction sites are deserted?

That's what i thought to. Not only it is empty but he structure and foundations does not seem high quality.

When a building that size gets built here, the foundations have super large healthy-looking concrete blocks. The site is covered by wire or walls. Inside the site there is homes and offices for engineers and architects and other staff to attend.

All of this are lacking in Albanian development. Its a big construction mess on the side of the street with no space and with no safety precaution for the citizens.

This shows only that we have lots of work to catch up with civilization.

sepse i kane fotografuar ne caste pushimi ndoshta ?

who are you kidding? LOL

Stupid comments will get you nowhere. Obviously someone works there...it doesn't build itself. When I was there, there was plenty of activity. There's not activity at a construction site 24/7 however.

a) the structure IS covered by a wall to prevent people from going in.
b) its usually a trailor for "meetings"..and you don't know if there is or isn't one here...or if it even matters.

So yeah...lets make pointless comments on pointless nothings...

When i was there last summer the thing was fenced of pretty good, I couldn't take a peak over there fence even if i jumped on my cousin's shoulders...it was pretty safe in my opinion and even in pictures it looks pretty safe. It's pretty similar in America too when they build something

If you go to the middle of an area where there's 1 million people walking through per second and there's buildings all around there will obviously be more precautions cause more things can go wrong; however, I'll take a picture of some construction going on where I go to school if you guys want in Downtown Brooklyn, and you'll see how "safe" construction zones are. This one is a LOT safer than some of those areas.

What's this talk about lack of quality? I don't know about the composition and the strength of the concrete used in the structure, but the result looks qualitative to me.

I have seen hundreds of construction sites for towers up to 10 times taller then what will this be and the only problem I see is the lack of continuous work. Construction is not a 8 hours a day / single shift job.

I thought the facade colour is goign to be yellow/orange type? I was never in favour of this colour, but it might look good when completed.

What's giving you the impression that the structure and foundation are not high quality? I don't understand how you can tell how healthy the concrete is.

Are you saying EU has higher standards than the U.S?
Have you been to an actual construction site of a building in the United States?
