IMPRESSIVE

There are great clips of integer A1 from Zagreb to Split made by Croatian government in 2005. Great scenery from the air and the road.

Thank you !

Are there any pictures of the newly-opened Split-Šestanovac section so far? I am very curious, especially about the viaduct over the Cetina canyon!

And another question: will there be a tunnel through the Biokovo mtns. from the A1 in order to reach Makarska? If so, how long will it be and where exactly will it be located?

Very, very good. The landscape is really breathtaking. Reminds me of the region around Perpignan, but WAY better.

I hate it that the white lime for the middlemarkings is so fat, in Bulgaria they manage to add the middlemarkings without any lines and they are straight also, why don´t the coratians use that technology?

Humm... have you ever thought that they me the ones who have the edge in terms of technology?
Painting without middle markings is easy... you can even do it by hand. But having a technology that uses a middlemarking to lead the machine that does the paintings is clearly better.

I was just saying that not having the thin lines in between ins't a sign that the technology is better or whatever.

And as has been pointed, the thin lines will quickly fade away.

For that type as on the picture around 3 mil. € per 100 m. Add few million more for similar crossing in, let's say in Austria.
