mobile safety barriers are implemented where neccessary. for instance, when overpass Klara at A3 was under reconstruction, or at building site of knot Jakuševac on laterals. do they use them on each construction site in Europe? no.

Do you know what is minimum lateral safety distance between vehicles in flow at working area? What width does our traffic lane have on one carriageway divided on four traffic lanes? i absolutely agree. HR motorways cannot have 2+2 traffic on one side, it is too narrow and it doesn't make any sense. hard shoulder is only 2,5 metres wide and it doesn't let it. fortunately, they are quitting that kind of regulation and make it 2+1 or 1+1.

Please, do answer because I want to discaver negative aspect of our TR system in order to improve it. Do you remember the beginnig of Eurotap testing in Croatia. It was 2003 with tunnel Ucka and Tuhobic. Do you know theirs results of that year, and where are they today?

lemme tell you one: i am not the one of those who praise HR motorways over everything. i can look realistic on them. for isntance, too large 110 km/h zones. or that retarded speed limits on approach to toll stations. but i don't find wourking sites badly signed
