even less. currently it's 895 km via D7, A5, A3, A1 and D8. so it can be only less when A5 and A1 will be finnished

A1 Motorway bridge over Cetina river canyon

The idea of the bridge was to make as less as possible damage to the natural landscape

Croatian motorway pics are some kind of ad.

I am still waiting for a connection between Split and Dubrovnik, however. I am gonna post some pics of my recen Balkan trip soon, btw.

indeed! M7 (H) will be finnished, A6 (HR) will be finnished into full profile, A4-M7 (H-HR) connection bridge will finnaly be finnished, SLO is building H-MB... i don't know about SK and UA how are they progressing.

^ Don't forget the Vc Corridor, in both, Croatia and Hungary, I think a short section also in Bosnia.
