However, you can go to a government institution, pay some sum of money, and get those on paper. But, afaik, it's quite expensive.
Ahh dont worry, they were just fined for using illegal software on their computer (that was taken for investigation). Whole thing was silly, the charts they offered were not illegal and after competent investigators saw that they just charged them for illegal software. The maps they shared were 1:25 000 and not military secret that are 1:10 000 or less. But it is not only the "resolution" that makes maps military secret, but those maps have clear markings they are secret and are forbidden to be shared around, because they have "everything" on them.

True, they did have problems for sharing them, but in the end it was just case of over eager police.

Or maybe they bothered officials that charge around 500 kn (~70€) for copy of the same type of maps they shared (again not the one that are military secret) although they are public property and you should get charged just for the expense of copying but the copy process is very "expensive".

Oh and btw. i hope that when you pay 500 kn for copy, you at least get newer copy because maps they shared dated back to 1970s, at least the one of my home town did.

I gave the link www.mapy.cz some post earlier but maybe I should have give some instructions, cause its a litle bit complicated multifunction map:

you can choose (in the topleft corner) between auto (zakladni), hiking(turisticka) and ortophoto (fotomapa) maps...

...and you can switch ON/OFF independently some layers, e.g. hiking routes (turisticke trasy)

so here's a direct link to the "prachovské skaly" nature protection area with hiking routes switched on:

That's a fantastic map. Unfortunately, none exists online for Croatia, especially not such a detailed one.

dobro dan!

According to the website of the croatian motorways a small part of the motorway from Split to Ploce is missing. Is this correct? I'm going to join a week in the wonderful city of Dubrovnik. That's the reason why i would like to know how far A1 is actually from Dubrovnik?!

Hvala za odgovor i kompliment za velike hrvatske autoceste. zivio hrvatska!
pozdrav iz peja.
