Should be this section:

I have been able to locate newer versions of provincial road networks:

Epirus regions: ΦΕΚ B 2227/20.11.2007
Peloponnesian regions : ΦΕΚ B 1932/26.9.2007

I am looking for the Attica and Crete regions list.

Thanks.

These lists regard the maintenance authorities responsible for most but not all (I think so) provincial roads. Please note that there are some numbers missing in some prefectures, but on the other hand there may be some new additions to the 'ancient' classification (from the mid-50's). Also the lists contain some secondary and tertiary national roads as well.

The government approved a few days ago the payment of another 19.8 million euros to the firm that has constructed the 77-kilometer new Maliakos Gulf section of the Athens-Thessaloniki highway even though it has not yet been opened to traffic, Kathimerini has learned.

The payment to the Aktor-Terna consortium is for various works on the sections between Raches and Stylida, which was completed in September but has not yet been opened to the public.
Note they say "approved" not "paid" ....

As to what will happen to the myriad sections under construction elsewhere....I fear they will generally come to a shuddering halt by the summer once Syriza take over the reins of government.

I really don't know

My initial source is this list: http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showpo...7&postcount=61 (January 2014).

In consideration of the A1 section opening was announced happening in January but didn't happen, I'm not sure if "any" date is up-to-date.

Does anyone have any information?
I guess most of the "long distance" stretches (A3, A5, A8) will not be opened at once. Any information about sections?

Wait and see?

According to this:

http://www.ypodomes.com/index.php/au...B4%CE%B1%CF%82

The opening of the Maliakos Bay bypass (A1) is scheduled for after 10/02.

Also:

A8, they delivered a small part between Zevgolateio and Kiato, towards one direction only.

This is Edessa ring road. It features a short tunnel and some short viaducts, although it is not a motorway.

This road will be replaced in a few months' time, by the amazing Tempi and Platamonas' tunnels (approx. 21-22 km in both directions).

Is that information true?
Or we can expect some new delays.

There was an agreement betweek the Greek National Rail company and the state last week - the agreement was for the itineraries on the rail network to stop for a few months during the night, so that some important work on the road to take place. It is expected that the tunnels will operate before the end of this year, hopefully by autumn.

Noone knows........in Greece, "a few months time" may transform into "a century" with great ease.......we've seen a lot.....

Anyway, this section nears completion, so there's no reason is shouldn't be given to traffic.......

A month-old video of Amfilochia's bypass, a secton of the A52 "Amvrakia - Aktio" motorway, from the local news portal, www.myagrinio.gr.

And here are some additional photos of the aforementioned section.

Is there any update about completion of A71 motorway?

A71: Leuktro (A7) – Sparti 46km (? to March 2015) – project – map

Any info about other upcoming motorway completions?

Unfortunately the political and economic turmoil affected the construction and completion of these motorways. The A71 is stalled and an agreement between the government and the banks is not yet finalised. It is a shame, because the motorway is complete by almost 95%...

As for the rest of the motorways: the milestone that was set for their completion by the end of 2015 was too ambitious. Thus, we don't expect them to be finished before the first quarter of 2016, maybe only some parts will be given to traffic. The exception may be the "middle part" of E65 that is a relatively easy part and may be completed before the end of this year.

I don't have any info on the Stylida bypass.
