Is there any danger to construction sites further downstream?

I'm thinking about;

* Trasa Mostu Północnego in Warszawa
* Bridges of A1 across the Wisła in Toruń and Grudziądz
* Bridge of A8 across the Odra in Wrocław

It may slow down the construction works a bit (especially on A8), but there is no real danger. They may need to put the works on halt later this week for a few days, but nothing serious I suppose. Actually Vistula seemed to be a little low today. Right now high water levels seem to endanger only two major roads that are under construction: A1 between Gliwice and Pyrzowice and S69 around Bielsko-Biała. But the situation changes every hour, so we'll just have to wait and see.

'bout first two, i dont think so, vistula isn't that high now, its much worse in the west so i'll be more worried about A8 in wroclaw, but i'm not sure in this matter

Actually the most immediate danger was to a new pedestrian bridge in Krakow which was supposed to be laid out just now. It could have floated down the river.

Some photos from new section of A4 (between Krakow and Tarnow) where construction start now. So,the question is: how big should be the bridge over the funny, little river on the first pictures?

Quick question:

does "bezkolizyjne" (literally: without collisions) mean grade-separated or divided highway?

Grade-separated. 1x2 can be "bezkolizyjna" as well

Grade separated, either 2x2 or 1x2.

Why it is called Północni most? (literally: Midnight bridge)

btw, our languages has many similarly words, but sometimes these words can be totaly different in their meanings.

for example Polish word "szukat" (to search) - in Slovak "šukať" (same pronunciation) in slang this means - "to have a sex"

etc, etc, another one is " prasa" (press) which means in Slovak "prasa/sviňa" it is Polish word "świnia" (pig)

Północ means North and Midnight in Polish.
