I want to go to Poland just to drive on the A2.

P.S. And on A8 -AOW, I've heard Wroclaw is a beautiful city.

Indeed. I am always wondering: There are so many excellent polish-german interpretors in Poland and the public institutions seem to totally ignore this fact and try to translate everything by it own means (which means google translator in the most cases).
The GDDKiA is spending millions of euro for the new roads but tries to save few cents on the translations...

I don't think Google Translate did a spelling mistake.

It is! As for me the second one after Kraków.

Well, maybe not in this case, I'm speaking generally about the lacking knowledge, that sometimes it's better to spend 100 zlotys for a interpretor instead of letting the translation work to the secretary. A professional interpretor would know, that it would be much more appropriate in this case to use much more common word (Maut) instead of translating the whole term literally.

No, but construction process is almost completed and contractor is going to obtain use permit in next week. Probably it will be opened for service by the end of December.

It's not exactly a spelling mistake. What is missing is a prefix. Without it this word means 'electronic toll picking up' (ie. from the table), with - collecting.

No.
It is a spelling mistake. A word like "Gebührenhebungssystem" () DOES NOT exist in the German language.

Only if you add the two missing letters the word makes sense (Gebührenerhebungssystem) although nobody in Germany, Austria and Switzerland uses this unpractical term.

Like I said they should have used the correct term "Elektronische Maut" instead.

They should also hire an interpreter for the Polish language. Institutions in Poland seem to have their own dialect, largely ignored by the general public

As long as everyone is being fastidious about language, you mean translator, not interpreter. Translators deal with written materials. Interpreters deal with oral communication.

So apparently Stryków interchange is supposed to be completed this week.

Are there any recent aerial photos? it's quite an impressive design.

I suppose it will remain an exit to Stryków and DK2 until A1 and A2 are finished. But is it possible to drive to DW708 from the interchange? Maybe a temporary exit?

Check GALERIA.

Nice A2/S11 interchange ! Especially with the lake beside But the A2/A1 shall be, as Chris said, very impressive when it opens.

That cloverleaf is the S11 / DW307 interchange. S11 does not reach A2 yet.

Part of the S11 bypass of Poznan is out for tender now, so a few years remain before it will open.

Ooops ! Sorry ChrisZwolle

Then the interchange is even more impressive, given the fact that it's not a full motorway interchange. Although we can't talk about the DW307 as a road without importance, given the fact that it leads to the Poznań-Ławica airport ...

mcarling - do you mean only the section from A2 to DK92 will be opened, at the same time as the last section northwards ? It doesn't make any sense !

The map shows, as I wrote, a yellow section of the bypass out for tender. It also shows two red sections under construction.
