Public-private partnership is considered for A2 east of Warsaw. Even if ministry of transport decided to go through with it, it'd take around 4 years to find a private partner, get all the papers right and finally build it. So 2017 is probably the most optimistic scenario. But I wouldn't count on PPP actually being used to build motorways in Poland anymore (since our administration can't seem to find a way for those government guarantees not to be counted into the debt), so I think there is little hope for A2 to Siedlce being built in this decade.

But I don't get it. The A2 Swiecko-Nowy Tomysl was built under that scheme. No delays, on budget and probably the best stretch of motorway in Poland for durability (50 years I heard) so they should realise this can be the least risk and cost affective way of producing roads plus the toll booth coming into play too. Surely it would be worth it.

Next couple of weeks we should see another 35km of S8 Warsaw-Bialystok open

Which stretch of the S8 is opening in the next couple of weeks -
Jeżewo to Białystok or Piotryków Trb to Rawa Maz?

And Eurostat counts it into public debt (as well as A1 Gdańsk-Toruń).

^ Excellent video, high quality, thank you. This stretch has improved dramatically the last two years or so, shame you missed out on the completion of the stretch from Modlinska to Pilsudskiego though.
Last big slowdown on the route Marki to go!

It doesn't really say the model, and I would like to know which one is it.
Also does the software giving you those signs comes with the camera or is it something separate?

Openstreetmap.org is an open collaboration atlas where anyone can edit it. Someone has drawn in a absolute horror of an interchange, between the DK16 and S7, just south of Ostróda.

Is there anybody here who knows whether the official plans actually look like this? It looks like the biggest resource waste I have seen yet.

Looks like two variants drawn collectively. I think that is more reliable source: http://mapa.targeo.pl/Mapa_Polski,21...100,53.6836400

There are two sections for which there is no schedule because the contractors were fired.

The A4 sections in red are under construction. The blue and yellow A4 sections will probably resume construction next year after new contracts will have been signed.
