Google Earth imagery shows that Poloneza was paved as of 3 October 2014.

Yes, but not all the road was paved as of end of October 2014:
http://ursynow.pl/2014/10/kolejny-od...nia-asfaltowa/

Furthermore, the tiny and narrow stripe has nothing to do with the planned section and purpose of this street as a main arterial road in Ursynów, and more generally a main street in Warsaw (in purple):

It was paved far enough to connect with other paved streets on both sides, so drivers could use the overpass without using any unpaved streets.

It's a big crossroad with 6 and 4 lanes entries, part of inner Lublin bypass, main access for railway station, Lublin fairs, Arena Lublin (football stadium),olympic swimming- pool, citiy malls, downtown and many other functions. Using 'classic' outriggers will be too dangeorus and could not hold all these traffic lights, signs and... trolleybuses electric traction. Continuation of this road is U/C now, and will have very similiar hold construction as on photo you quoted:

It's the final section b/n A6, A2 and A4, isn't it? (except S3 doubling near Zielona Gora). The deadline of the other sections is also summer 2018.

I feel like you're able to say that in Lublin even dogs shit less and more pleasantly than wherever else Aesthetically that kind of construction is rather bad and it doesn't depend on where it's been built (I mean both city and importance of crossing)...

What you feel about dog shit doesn't interest me (it's your hobby). This construction is IMO best way for crossing trolleybus traction on big crossroads.

Wanna see how it looks without this construction in smaller crossroad in Lublin? Go here. More aesthetically? I don't think so.

Only 2 lanes per direction and without hard shoulders for a bypass of a 220'000 inhabitants city, and most of all, road linking the two largest Polish cities - over 1 million population (Warsaw and Krakow) looks like standards were taken from the early 1930's, probably from dusty Germans plans .

Radom still awaits it's real southern bypass - S12:

Stretch opened today is marked with green dashed line.

This road does not connect Warsaw and Krakow.
