great design its a pity they slashed 10 floors but at least it wasn't cancelled and is goin ahead albeit a little late it would fit right in with makati skyline

Read from the Philippine forums, the reduced height might be a hoaxed. They might still go with the original height or even taller.

To be honest, I like this design better than The Freedom Tower. Personally, I pity New Yorkers for not getting this design.

This would look very impressive in Lower Manhattan!

yeah, with the current competition to dethrone PBCom as Philippines' tallest, they might still go for the original planned height...

anyway, here's my forecast estimate for the other projects all battling it out with Lopez Center this year...

Gramercy Residences - 296 meters
Federaland/Metrobank - 281 meters

Another rendering of the Lopez Center revealed inside a newly completed condo in the complex where this supertall is to be built.

Yeah but since the freedom tower started construction first (even tho it experienced a delay of its own), many consider it to look like the freedom tower rather than vice versa.

I like the top of this building. Would be quite impressive if it is way taller, at least 400 m. Would this be built soon?
